How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
Do you offer ground or whole bean coffee?
Most of our flavors are available in both whole bean and ground options. You can select your preference on each product page before adding it to your cart.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide! Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Are your flavorings allergen-free?
Our flavorings are gluten-free, allergen-free, and contain no added sugars or calories. We focus on providing a high-quality taste experience without the extra additives.
Can I return my coffee if I don't like it?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during shipping, please contact our support team within 30 days.
