At Bones Coffee Company, we want you to love every sip. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable merchandise and resolutions for any coffee quality issues.

Verify Your Items
Ensure that apparel and gear are unworn and in original packaging; please note that opened bags of coffee are generally not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
Ship It Back
Once authorized, securely pack your items and use the provided return shipping label to send your package back to our roasting facility.
Receive Your Refund
After we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
